We process data you provide when creating an account and placing a reservation: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details.

We also automatically store technical data (e.g. session data in cookies) necessary for the service to work.

We process data to provide the service and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations including tax (point c), and in our legitimate interest, e.g. handling claims (point f).

We entrust data to trusted processors only as needed to provide the service: the Przelewy24 payment operator (PayPro S.A.), an email provider, a hosting provider and courier companies handling delivery.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards.

We keep data for the duration of the contract and the period required by law (including tax law). Account data is kept until the account is deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
