Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-04
These terms govern the use of the Leśniewski Części service, operated by LESNIEWSKI & CONTINENTAL SHIPPING GROUP INC. (the “Operator”).
§1. Nature of the service
Leśniewski Części provides a proxy-buying service: on the Customer’s instruction we buy the items they specify (e.g. car parts) from sellers in the USA, then import them to Poland and hand them over to the Customer.
The Operator is not the seller of items offered by third parties (e.g. eBay sellers). Prices shown in the service include the Operator’s commission; PLN amounts are an estimate, and the binding amount is given in an individual quote.
§2. Reservation and quote
Placing a reservation is free and non-binding. After receiving it, the Operator prepares a quote covering the item and transport cost and emails it to the Customer.
A contract is concluded only when the Customer approves the quote and makes payment. Until then the Customer may modify or cancel the reservation.
§3. Payments
Payments are made in Polish złoty (PLN) by bank transfer to the Operator’s account. The Operator provides the transfer details and the binding amount in an individual quote, which the Customer approves before paying.
The Operator buys the item in the USA once the payment is received. Sea or air transport costs are stated in the quote before payment.
§4. Shipping and pickup
Items are imported to Poland in consolidated shipments (container) or by air freight. Indicative sea transport time is typically 4–6 weeks.
The Customer chooses the pickup method: at the Port of Gdynia (no surcharge), at the Radziejowice warehouse (with a surcharge) or by DPD courier to a given address.
§5. Reports and contact
Any reports related to the order (status, non-conformity, technical issues) should be sent to the Operator electronically.
For defects of the goods themselves, the Operator supports the Customer in contacting and, if applicable, returning to the seller in the USA.
§6. Personal data and final provisions
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms; changes do not affect rights acquired by Customers for reservations placed before the change.
